Cardi B and Offset Celebrate Christmas Separately, Focusing on Family

Cardi B and Offset celebrated Christmas apart this year, with each focusing on creating special moments for their children.

On Christmas Day, both shared festive snapshots on Instagram. Cardi posed with her two kids, Kulture, 6, and Wave, 3, in front of a beautifully decorated tree. Their youngest child wasn’t included in the photos, which Cardi addressed in her caption, saying:

“Merry Christmas… Don’t ask about the baby; she wasn’t with the picture thing. Taking pics with these kids was a whole adventure.”

Offset, meanwhile, spent the holiday with his older children—Jordan, 15, Kody, 9, and Kalea, 9—sharing their own Christmas memories online. In his caption, he wrote:

“Merry Christmas from the Nawf. Missing a few of my babies in the pic, but the love is endless. Family first, always.”

The couple, who began their separation last year, have been navigating the challenges of co-parenting while working through their divorce. Last Christmas, the pair celebrated as a blended family, but this year’s festivities marked a noticeable shift.

Their separation has occasionally spilled onto social media. Just last week, Cardi and Offset clashed online after attending Offset’s 33rd birthday party in Miami. While the celebration started with playful moments, including the two tossing money at each other, the mood soured days later with a heated exchange on X (formerly Twitter).

Offset referred to Cardi as “single and miserable,” prompting her to respond sharply:

“You think nobody’s going to notice me because I’m in my 30s with three kids? Let’s not forget who’s really been doing what.”

Despite the ongoing tension, it’s clear both artists are deeply committed to their children. Though apart, they each worked to make the holiday meaningful for their families.
