Boosie fired back at those who slammed him for buying his 16-year-old daughter Lyric Hatch a Porsche.
The Louisiana rapper kicked off 2025 by sharing a series of Instagram posts about Lyric, ending with a video showing her reaction to getting a black Porsche on her sweet sixteen.
The next clip showed his daughter holding a bunch of cash while Boosie announced, “And she got a bankroll.”
“2025,” he added. “You know what year it is! 2025.”
Boosie hit back at followers who criticized his extravagant gift, taking to X to defend why his daughter deserved her new wheels.
“BE HAPPY FOR A CHILD SMH SHE’S A 16 YEAR OLD STRAIGHT A STUDENT WITH A 2025 PORSCHE THAT’S PAID FOR. I ONLY TOOK ONE CAR BACK OUT OF 5 BOO BOO,” he posted, mentioning when he took away an $80,000 Mercedes-Benz from his other daughter, Toriana “Tori” Hatch.
He kept going: “SOME KIDS PHONES GET TAKEN WHEN THEY MESS UP AND SOME KIDS CARS GET TAKEN WHEN THEY MESS UP, ITS CALLED #parenting SO YALL WORRY BOUT THEM ANDRIODS N IPHONES N IM GO WORRY ABOUT THESE PORSCHES, BENZES N AUDI TRUCKS LOL.”
“AND ONE MO THANG WHAT DID YOUR BABYDADDY GET YOUR CHILD FOR HER 16TH? WHAT DID YOUR DADDY GET YOU FOR YOUR 16TH? WHERE IM FROM DOING FOR YOUR KIDS IS. Keeping it Gangsta.”
Back in 2022, Boosie surprised Tori with a pink Mercedes-Benz, but yanked it away a year later when Tori said she went to Atlanta to help her mom who was healing from a car crash.
The “Set It Off” rapper later explained he took the car because Tori wasn’t grateful, plus her mom hit him with child support papers. The Mercedes ended up making an appearance in Boosie’s “Ungrateful” music video.
