Lil Baby’s kicking off 2025 with a bang.
The Atlanta hitmaker dropped his fourth studio album ‘WHAM’ (Who Hard as Me) just days into the new year. He broke the news at his packed birthday show in December, marking his first full project since ‘It’s Only Me’ two years back. The release follows hot singles “5 AM” and “Insecurities,” both featuring Wheezy’s production magic.
Lil Baby showed off WHAM’s artwork and 15-song lineup on Instagram December 20, featuring heavy hitters like Young Thug, GloRilla, Rylo, 21 Savage, and Future. Back in November, he hyped up Future’s verse on X, claiming “I think I got @21savage’s hardest verse ever.”
Notably missing was his former collaborator Gunna, likely due to their apparent beef after Gunna’s plea deal in the YSL RICO case involving Thug. Fans think Lil Baby took shots at Gunna in “350” with the line: “Ain’t never say nothin’ ’bout it, n***a, you know you a rat.”
In a recent sitdown with Charlamagne tha God, Lil Baby addressed the Gunna situation. When Charlamagne suggested “you can’t make hits without Gunna,” Baby shut it down: “The internet will say anything. You know how many hits I got? That don’t even make sense.”

But Lil Baby’s not done – he told Lil Yachty on ‘A Safe Place’ podcast he’s dropping another album called ‘Dominique’ before 2025 wraps up.
“I was gonna drop it all as one double album at first. But now WHAM and Dominique are separate,” he shared. “I put some Dominique tracks on WHAM since fans were hungry for them. WHAM’s got that young lifestyle vibe – whips, women, ice, money. That turnt up energy. Dominique’s gonna show my deeper side, more personal stuff. It’s part of my growth. I don’t like saying vulnerable, but I’m opening up more to my fans.”
