Skip Bayless Hit With Allegations of Offering Fox Hair Stylist $1.5 Million for Sexual Favors

A former Fox Sports employee is taking aim at Skip Bayless, Joy Taylor, and others at the network over claims of a hostile workplace.

Front Office Sports got their hands on a 42-page lawsuit where Noushin Faraji, who styled hair at the network from 2012 until last August, drops bombshells about workplace misconduct, sexual harassment, and payback during her time there.

The legal filing targets Fox, Fox Sports bigwigs, Bayless, Taylor, and Fox-related companies, while trying to rope in other workers who might’ve dealt with similar issues.

According to the docs, Faraji claims she “had to deal with a workplace full of misogyny, racism, and ableism where the higher-ups and talent could abuse workers however they wanted without consequences.”

The lawsuit states “When Faraji and others spoke up about the bad behavior, Fox hit back at them instead of fixing things, while mysteriously promoting the troublemakers and their protectors.”

Faraji claims Fox Sports exec Charlie Dixon helped boost Joy Taylor’s career because they were sleeping together, even though he was married.

She says at Taylor’s birthday bash in West Hollywood, Dixon got handsy, “rubbing her body and grabbing her butt.”

“Taylor brushed it off, saying ‘get over it’ and admitted she only got her job through Dixon, adding that Faraji only had hers because Taylor asked for her. She warned Dixon could snatch ‘both away.'”

The suit states Taylor turned on Faraji after their friendship crashed in 2021, mocking her Persian background and her PTSD-related humming. Reportedly, Taylor then demanded a “Black hairstylist,” which supposedly led to Faraji losing show assignments.

Faraji, who’s raising kids solo, says other big names at Fox harassed her too, including Skip Bayless. She claims he’d give “lingering hugs after haircuts, pressing his body against hers, pushing against her breasts.”

The suit drops another bombshell – Bayless allegedly offered Faraji $1.5 million for sex. She tried dodging by mentioning cameras and a possible ovarian cancer scare, but says he wouldn’t back off.

About another incident, the lawsuit states, “roughly a week later, Bayless came at her again. Faraji said ‘Skip, stop, you have a wife.’ He shot back: ‘Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?’ She told him her father was dead, and when Bayless looked shocked, she made an excuse to bounce.”

After Undisputed got axed in Aug. 2024 and Bayless left Fox, Faraji says her boss Gina Porretti told her she was done. Following a probe, Fox claimed they could only keep “one hairdresser” for three shows – which Faraji says was just revenge.

“Now Faraji wants justice,” the suit continues. “She knows Dixon used his power to pressure women into sex and felt entitled to grope her. She knows he kept her around after her fallout with Taylor just to keep Bayless happy with a plaything.”

“Even though Faraji crushed it as a hairstylist and talent kept requesting her, she got reduced to Bayless’s entertainment, and once he split, so did her job.”

Fox Sports told Front Office Sports: “We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation.”

Faraji’s seeking damages for emotional trauma and labor law violations, plus measures to stop future misconduct.
