Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have worked out their divorce terms.
According to TMZ, they’ll each keep their own earnings from projects during their marriage, with no spousal support involved. Though they didn’t have a prenup, their agreement works similarly to one.
During their two-year marriage, J.Lo stayed busy with several major projects including Atlas, This is Me… Now, The Mother, Shotgun Wedding, and Marry Me.
Meanwhile, Affleck and Matt Damon launched Artists Equity shortly after the wedding in 2022, producing hits like Air, The Instigators, and Unstoppable.
The pair also reached a private agreement about their $61 million Beverly Hills estate, which has been struggling to find a buyer since hitting the market in July.
TMZ reports that Jennifer will go back to using her maiden name as part of the settlement.
Lopez filed divorce papers in August, right around their second wedding anniversary. She later opened up to Nikki Glaser in Interview Magazine about the split: “It was like my whole world fucking exploded.”
She added, “When your whole house blows up, you’re standing there in the rubble going, ‘How do I not ever let that happen again?’ And then you start examining it little by little saying, ‘Okay, I did this, this was my part in it, this was what I should have seen early on, this is what I didn’t look at.’ Those things are what really are the lessons.”
The divorce is set to be officially wrapped up on Feb. 20.
