Snoop Dogg Reveals His Support for LA Wildfire Survivors

Snoop Dogg’s stepping up to help those hit by LA’s wildfire crisis.

The Long Beach legend chopped it up with Jimmy Kimmel about the disaster wreaking havoc on Southern California and how he’s pitching in to help.

“The way California’s coming together and how the world’s backing us—that’s what matters,” he shared on Monday’s Jimmy Kimmel Live. “People aren’t seeing differences; they’re just trying to make things better.”

Big Snoop gave major props to the firefighters on the front lines.

“They never get their flowers, but they always show up and give their all,” he added. “Once it’s over, everyone forgets about them. But right now, we gotta show them mad love. I sure do.”

Speaking on his own moves, Snoop revealed, “I’ve got people on the ground making stuff happen. I’m pulling strings, getting things done, making sure the right folks get what they need.”

That includes helping those who usually get overlooked.

“We gotta make sure everyone who needs help gets it,” he broke it down. “My squad hits the streets to connect directly with these people, making sure nobody falls through the cracks.”

The Doggfather might even hit the stage for a benefit show to raise more money and “give the people something special.”

These wildfires have been ripping through Southern California for nearly a week now, claiming 24 lives, forcing almost 200,000 people from their homes, scorching over 38,000 acres, and turning more than 12,000 homes and buildings to ash.
