Iggy Azalea claims she’s lost contact with Playboi Carti.
The 34-year-old Australian rapper hit up Twitch Tuesday for a stream with Amouranth. Soon enough, fans started asking about her ex’s upcoming tunes.
“Someone’s saying tell Playboi Carti to drop,” Azalea said in a clip circulating online. “I don’t speak to him, my love. We haven’t heard from that man in over like 6 months.”
“We don’t know where he is,” she continued. “Have no idea, have no association. You have to tell somebody that that speaks to wherever he is. We don’t know or care.”
During a chat on Jesse Tyler Ferguson’s Dinner’s on Me podcast back in July, the “Fancy” hitmaker made it clear she’s not sharing parenting duties with Carti, 28, saying she’s raising their boy Onyx solo.
“I’m very much a single mother, I’m very much the only parent,” said Azalea at the time. “No disrespect, but I am not co-parenting, really. That’s just the reality of it. It’s 24/7.”
Iggy and Carti’s romance kicked off around 2018, with baby Onyx arriving two years later. Things went south when Azalea called out the Whole Lotta Red rapper in some since-deleted tweets for skipping Christmas with his kid.
