Dave Blunts opened up to streamer N3on about his beef with Plaqueboymax, saying he feels Plaqueboy’s got it out for him.
“He doesn’t like me. He invited me to do weird sh*t,” Blunts shared when N3on suggested they should make music together. “We did,” Blunts explained. “When I was in a stream, we made a song. But he doesn’t like me, bro. I don’t know why he does not like me.”
During the chat, Blunts suggested that Plaqueboy’s just using him as the butt of jokes on his streams and thinks he’s being fat-shamed.
Blunts expanded on his issues with Max’s invites. “He just invites me back to do weird shit,” he said. “Like, ‘Hey bro, do you wanna be a judge on a cooking show?’ I’m like, ‘Why the fuck would I wanna be a judge? Did you invite me ’cause I’m big? I’m an artist. I make music.’ Then he invited me to be the FaZe Santa Claus. Why the fuck would I wanna be Santa Claus? Why are you inviting me—to make a joke out of me?”
Meanwhile, Plaqueboy’s got other drama cooking with Fivio Foreign. Earlier this month, Fivio and Lil Tjay dropped by his Airbnb stream and kept smoking weed despite Plaqueboy asking them to stop. They eventually bounced, but the beef wasn’t over. Fivio teased what sounds like a diss track aimed at Plaqueboy, who clapped back with his own bars: “Bitch, I’m Plaqueboymax / They want smoke in here / Take they ass to the back,” with the added jab “Ho stupid, she Fivio Foreign.”
Back in July, Blunts got real with Complex about his unique rap style. While his tracks might be wild and catchy, he’s got his own vision. “Obviously, I do want to be taken seriously, but at the same time, I’m never going to do this shit if I’m not having fun. I’m not going to do things that are a detriment to my sanity just to please people. “Like, ‘Oh bro, you should take music more seriously.’ OK, so you want me to make music like the artists you listen to? Just go listen to that na, because I’m not that na. I don’t worry about that shit. I know that this shit will be taken seriously.”
