Ye Shows Clip of Him Teaching North How to Rap

Looks like North West is following in her dad’s footsteps.

After making her rap debut on Ye’s 2024 Vultures 1 album, the 11-year-old’s working on her craft, reportedly prepping for her first album, which might be called Elementary School Dropout.

Ye dropped a black-and-white video on Instagram showing their rap session. “TRAINING 3,” he captioned it.

The clip shows father and daughter rapping together, “Calling on God and get dangerous.”

Then Ye demonstrated how changing vocal inflections can give different emphasis to the word “God.”

Working with his daughter has rekindled Ye’s love for music. He shared a pic of North this week saying, “This little girl made me love music again. She asked me to make beats for her I got back on the ASR Chopped up beats for her album and chopped every beats with my bare hand for BULLY.”

At a Vultures 2 listening event last year, North announced she was working on her first album, giving a nod to her dad’s debut, The College Dropout from 2004.

She’s already featured on both Vultures albums, showing up on “Talking” and “Bomb” – with her sister Chicago, 7, joining her on the latter track.

Meanwhile, Ye’s been hyping up Bully, his first solo project since Donda in 2021. Last year, he and Ty Dolla Sign dropped the first two Vultures albums.
