Katt Williams never seems to gain weight. Now he’s spilling his fitness secrets to Theo Von, telling the world how he’s stayed lean throughout his career.
During their chat about workout habits, Williams dished that his trim figure comes from bedroom activities. “The ladies keep me fit,” Williams shared at the 20:37-mark. “I’m heavy in sexual relations, so that keeps you pretty fit.”
Beyond the bedroom action, Williams spilled that his fitness game has a few more tricks. “I’ve got a cold plunge, a jacuzzi, and a sauna that I do pretty ritualistically,” he revealed. “I’ve never been a gym guy.”
The conversation took a serious turn when Williams opened up about Hollywood’s darker side and his run-ins with Harvey Weinstein – admitting he didn’t realize just how much pull the guy had.
“I was just as shocked as anybody about how powerful Harvey Weinstein was at the time that I was meeting with him,” said Williams. “How he could not be told no. He gets whatever he wants.”
“I thought that didn’t apply to me because I didn’t care about anything but bitches and business,” Williams added. “Then, he offered me two actresses like they were playing cards.”
Getting Williams on his podcast was probably mind-blowing for Von, who’s such a fan he even owns a “statue” of the comic. Last year, Von chatted with Druski and told the story of how he got his hands on this Williams look-alike prop.
“I would love for him to come on,” Von shared. “I got a statue of him at home. I got a Christmas Katt WIlliams that I have at my home. I bought it from Michael’s a few years ago.”
Plot twist: the statue was actually just a Black nutcracker rocking an outfit that looked like something Williams had worn before.
