Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga brought down the house at the 2025 Grammys with a moving L.A. tribute.
The powerhouse duo delivered an unforgettable performance of the 1965 classic “California Dreamin'” to honor the city in the wake of its devastating wildfires. The iconic tune, which first shot to fame with the Mamas & the Papas, took on new meaning in their hands.
Powerhouse pair Gaga, 38, and Mars, 39, are no strangers to working together – they dropped their smash hit “Die With a Smile” back in August.
The tribute follows Gaga’s tearjerker set at the FireAid benefit show on Jan. 30, where she belted out “Shallow” and “Always Remember Us This Way” from A Star is Born, plus what seemed to be a new track called “All I Need is Time,” which she penned with her soon-to-be hubby Michael Polansky.
CBS News reports that the L.A. blazes claimed 28 lives, wiped out over 16,000 buildings, and scorched through 76 square miles of land.
