Kim Kardashian mixed up her Brodys, and Jimmy Fallon couldn’t resist bringing it up.
During Monday’s (February 3) Tonight Show, Fallon showed The Brutalist actor a pic of Kardashian’s Instagram Story where she raved about Nobody Wants This – but tagged Adrien instead of actual star Adam Brody.
“Okay so I binged 4 episodes until I fell asleep! It’s sooooo good!!! I can’t wait to finish it! Must watch @erinfoster @sarafoster @kristenanniebell @adrienbrody @netflix,” Kim posted last September over the show’s title screen.
“She blew up my internet,” Adrien laughed. “My Instagram just went crazy.”
He then shared a funny story about grabbing dinner with Brutalist director Brady Corbet and getting mistaken identity vibes in the bathroom.
“He said, ‘I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry. My wife’s much better at this than I am. But are you Adam Brody?’ And I said, ‘Adrien Brody.’ He said, ‘Oh, yes. Yes. I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry,'” Adrien shared. “And then he proceeded to go into the ladies’ room, and I said, ‘Uh, that’s the women’s restroom.'”
Adrien later snuck a Kardashian reference into an Instagram post about a Brutalist screening, though it had zero connection to the TV star and entrepreneur, but then switched up the caption.
“I LOVE NY! Thank you to The New York Film Festival and congratulations to the producers, cast and crew for the incredible screening of THE BRUTALIST @thenyff #thebrutalist,” Adrien wrote. “Many thanks to @a24 and @kimkardashian”
