Cam’ron on Gelo’s claim about being the better rapper: ‘Never Seen a Basketball Player/Rapper With CTE’

Cam’ron’s hitting back at Gelo’s claim of being the better lyricist by suggesting the Ball brother’s got brain damage.
During his latest It Is What It Is episode, the Dipset king weighed in on Gelo’s recent Complex interview where he claimed to outshine Cam both on the mic and on the court.
Cam started by clowning Gelo as the lesser-known Ball bro, dubbing him “Tito Jackson” and saying his fans in the comments already shut down Gelo’s wild claims. Then he dropped the CTE bomb.
“I never seen a basketball player/rapper with CTE,” said Cam while cracking up with Mase. “There’s no other way to explain it […] I’ve never seen it before. I thought it was a boxing or football thing. But obviously rappers/basketball players can get it too. You know what’s crazy […] in part of the interview he said, ‘Yea, you know that’s why I don’t be talking. I didn’t even know he did rap […], and we can tell how quickly he switched his occupation.” When Mase suggested getting Gelo on his Talk With Flee show for a chat, Cam was down. But he wasn’t having any of Gelo’s basketball challenge talk, pulling the age card. “Just for those who don’t know cause I look good, I’m in shape, I’m fly and everything,” said Cam. “I’m older than Tim Duncan. I’m older than Kevin Garnett. This is how old I am, I just look good, man, I dig it. This latest beef round comes after these two have been trading shots, with Gelo claiming Cam’s not top five material while Cam flexed his “12 million records” sold.
