GloRilla claps back at Tokyo Toni for calling her a Beyoncé ‘Clout Chaser’

Party pooper Tokyo Toni jumped on Instagram to rain on Beyoncé’s Grammy parade.
She started by shading Bey for supposedly not shouting out God and Jesus in her winning speech. Then she turned her attention to GloRilla, trashing her for celebrating Queen Bey’s victory.
Toni got nasty, mocking Big Glo’s looks by calling her “Gorilla.” She kept going with, “‘Cause ain’t nothing glowing about you, little one. Two feet tall… looking like a 10-year-old boy. Jumping up and down for a bitch like that.”

Tokyo Toni went after Glo, saying she’s just “clout chasing” and faking her Beyoncé love. “They gotta do it,” Toni said. “[Beyoncé] not gonna do that for you.”
GloRilla wasn’t having it, hitting back at Tokyo Toni with a savage comment: “Somebody call animal control,” the Glorious rapper fired off.
Meanwhile, Mama Tina jumped on Instagram Monday to share GloRilla’s epic reaction to Beyoncé’s AOTY win.
“This was me last night when they announced @beyonce won for Album Of The Year at home watching by myself,” Ms. Knowles wrote. “@glorillapimp was me and I was her!! We were the same person.”
Big Glo’s been riding for Beyoncé forever. They first bumped into each other at the 2023 Grammys, with Glo later posting, “I hugged Beyoncé. I’m never taking a bath again. I’m finna get my 15-second conversation with Beyoncé tatted.”
They linked up again at Michael Rubin’s All White Party last summer. Glo was hanging with Megan Thee Stallion when Bey invited them to her spot.
On Angel Reese’s Unapologetically Angel podcast, Glo spilled about the moment: “She was like, ‘Y’all come over here. I’m like, ‘Come over here to your section? … I was nervous, I was just standing there like, ‘I don’t know what the fuck to say to Beyoncé.’ She was like, ‘You can sit down right there.’ I’m like, ‘Oh my god.'”
She got emotional telling the story: “Girl, I can’t help it,” she told Reese. “Tears started coming down my face. I really love her that bad.”
Beyoncé just made history at this year’s Grammys – not only did she snag AOTY for Cowboy Carter, but she became the first Black woman to win Best Country Album. Plus, she grabbed Best Country Duo/Group Performance, bringing her Grammy total to 35. She’s now topped everyone else for most nominations and wins in Grammy history.
