Joe Biden’s teamed up with Creative Artists Agency to kick off his life after the presidency.
On Monday, CAA announced they’d signed the former president, with company co-chairman Richard Lovett beaming about their “profound honor” to work with 82-year-old Biden.
“President Biden is one of America’s most respected and influential voices in national and global affairs,” said Lovett, per the Hollywood Reporter. “His lifelong commitment to public service is one of unity, optimism, dignity, and possibility.”
This isn’t Biden’s first rodeo with CAA – they were his agents from 2017 until he beat Donald Trump in 2020. During that partnership, he dropped Promise Me, Dad, which shot to #1 on the New York Times bestseller list. He hit the road with his American Promise Tour, packing venues across 42 cities and selling a whopping 85,000 tickets.
CAA’s no stranger to political heavyweights – they’re already working with Barack and Michelle Obama’s Higher Ground Productions and have Democratic stars like Joe Manchin and Beto O’Rourke on their roster.
