La Flame and TB12 are tighter than you might think.
During his chat with Billboard, the Astroworld hitmaker revealed he regularly hits up Brady for wisdom.
“12 is one of my favorites,” Scott shared with the magazine, using Brady’s iconic number. “I go to him when it comes to achieving the highest level of greatness. I have a couple of people I can name [when I need advice], but 12 is somebody I can turn to when it comes to that because time and time again, when it comes to having to go and get it, I’ve seen him do it.”
Travis has dropped Brady’s name in at least five tracks, most recently on 21 Savage’s 2024 release “Née-Nah.” He gave props to Brady’s Super Bowl legacy with “Ayy, Brady seven pack, they come in bunch.”
The Houston rapper also referenced TB12 on Playboi Carti’s “Backr00ms” with “Throw it like 12.” Brady got more shoutouts on Scott’s 2023 Utopia tracks “Meltdown” with Drake and “Thank God,” plus Nav’s 2018 joint “Champion.”
