A new bombshell lawsuit has dropped against Diddy, with a woman claiming she was trafficked as a teen to a warehouse sex party organized by the music exec.
Court docs obtained by TMZ on Friday detail her allegations about a 2020 event where she says Diddy kicked things off with a toast. The accuser, who says she was 15 back then, claims she got drugged by another partygoer before being taken behind some curtains to a bed, where she was allegedly forced into sex with multiple men.
While she says Diddy wasn’t one of those men, she claims she spotted him getting intimate with another trafficked girl – allegedly a Latina who was just 12 or 13. After everything went down, the woman says they were moved to a secret spot.
She’s now seeking damages from Diddy and several unnamed men. Tony Buzbee, who’s repping other Diddy accusers, is handling her case too.
Meanwhile, that other lawsuit – where a woman claimed both Jay-Z and Diddy assaulted her when she was 13 back in 2000 – just got dropped. The Jane Doe’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, filed to dismiss it “with prejudice.”
Diddy’s team hit back at TMZ, saying: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
