Keanu Reeves Dreams of Mars Trip as Part of His Life Goals

Keanu Reeves, now cruising through his sixth decade on Earth, has his sights set on the stars.

During a chat with Entertainment Tonight, the iconic 60-year-old John Wick actor appeared alongside Gard Hollinger—his partner in founding ARCH Motorcycle Company—when asked about his bucket list dreams. “I want to go to Mars,” Reeves answered, prompting Hollinger to joke he’d skip that adventure. “I’m gonna let him go to Mars and tell me about it,” he quipped. “I don’t think we’re going to be around [for that].”

Reeves acknowledged it was a pretty ambitious goal, but suggested he’d be happy with any space journey. “We’re not going to make that trip,” he smiled. “But maybe just going to space. I’d like to see the blue planet.”

Reeves celebrated his 60th birthday in September, and in an interview on CBS Mornings to promote Sonic the Hedgehog 3, he confessed that he might not have it in him to make a fifth John Wick movie.

“You can never say never, but my knees right now are saying, ‘You can’t do another John Wick,‘” Reeves joked. “So my heart does, but I don’t know if my knees can do it.” He previously revealed that he would often vomit while filming some of the more physically demanding scenes in the movies, so it’s not like it was easy before he turned 60, either.
