Amber Rose revealed why she publicly claimed Ye enjoyed butt play after their split during her interview with Shannon Sharpe on Club Shay Shay.
Rose admitted it “wasn’t cool” when Ye commented he needed to take 30 showers before getting together with Kim Kardashian. “Men that are in new relationships, sometimes, they have to say mean things about their ex, so their current girlfriend doesn’t feel bad about themselves,” she explained at the 1:13:10 mark.
Amber mentioned she’s never asked for an apology from Ye, but believes “one day I’ll get my apology.”
“One day, he’ll come out and be like, ‘I should’ve never said that dumb ass shit,’ but that’s why I said he likes fingers in his booty,” she added.
Rose made it clear that while the claim isn’t true, she wanted to get back at Ye after being hurt by him. “I didn’t say that as a factual statement,” she said. “I said it because it’s like, you wanna hurt my feelings, I’m just gonna hurt your feelings. It was childish. It was immature.”
The comment may have hit a nerve with Ye because Chris Brown once shared a story about him and his friends clubbing with a “huge artist.” Though nothing specifically pointed to Ye in that description, other details made people think he was talking about the artist formerly known as Kanye West.
Brown mentioned this artist went on a 45-minute rant in the club denying anyone put their finger in their butt. “The last thing I hear, ‘Such and such ain’t stick their finger in my booty. I don’t even play that way,'” the singer remembered. “I said, ‘Yeah, I’m out this motherfucker.'”
According to HipHopDX, Rose previously admitted the comment wasn’t true during an interview with Hollywood Unlocked’s Jason Lee.
“It wasn’t meant to be a factual statement,” she said. “But he said he owns my child! He said if it wasn’t for him, Wiz would have never met me and had a child so then in turn he owns my child.”
“That’s fucking crazy,” Rose added. “You don’t own my child but you miss my fingers in your ass. So that’s why I said it. It wasn’t a factual statement.”
Rose also mentioned in her Club Shay Shay appearance that she made Ye get tested for STDs before having unprotected sex.
