I’ve been a Victim of Sexual Abuse at a young age. I know how sacred a girls and a Woman body is. I don’t condone any sexual misconduct. I’m A Mother And A wife. My lawyers are involved in this matter but because I’m in disbelief I had to write this for my own mental health. I never in my life tried to pursue or go after any young lady or Woman in my life. To the blogs and these fake journalism please I ask you that before you let someone come on your platform to say anything about another individual (FACT CHECK) it is someone’s life you all are playing with. I normally don’t say anything or write anything but this is too serious for me to stay quiet. Until I get vindication you can hear this from me! That never happened and it never will. This deformation of my character will not go unseen and I will not rest until l am 100% vindicated
Hernandez also took to her IG Stories to defend herself, writing, “I do not condone any form of sexual misconduct. As a survivor myself, this is a deeply personal issue. It’s disheartening when people exploit serious matters for personal goin, as it undermines real victims and fuels doubt about their expbriences. Media outlets must be more responsible in investigating allegations before spreading misinformation, as reckless reporting harms both the accused und true survivors. l stand for accountability and truth.”

In a chat with Shannon Sharpe on Club Shay Shay, Amber Rose revealed she won’t be making peace with Joseline Hernandez after their explosive College Hill: Celebrity Edition fight and shared why she thinks there was so much tension between them.
Around the 2:01:20 mark of the episode, shown above, Rose responded when asked if she and Hernandez patched things up after their fight, which was released uncensored last year. “No, fuck that bitch forever,” she fired back. “Fuck her. She’s a dumb stupid [censored]. She’s an ignorant bitch. I don’t think about her but I just don’t like her [and] there’s no reason to forgive her.”
When questioned about why their relationship was so hostile, Rose claimed it was because Hernandez—who’s openly bisexual—wanted to hook up with her. “Joseline Hernandez was trying to have sex with me the whole time I was on College Hill,” she continued. “She was in my ear, she was saying, ‘Just give me a chance one time, you know. But if you cool with it we can do it in front of my husband. But if not, like, it could just be me and you.’ At first I was nice and I said, ‘I’m flattered, it’s just not my thing.’ I was very gentle.”
She mentioned that after this first interaction, it was obvious Hernandez was still trying to seduce her. Rose alleged that at one point Hernandez deliberately bent over in front of her, “coochie out,” despite repeatedly telling her she was straight.
“She knew that I’m a heterosexual woman, I don’t like that stuff,” she said. “It’s Joseline, she bending over showing me her vagina and I’m laughing like, ‘Girl you crazy.'” She admitted that she thinks Hernandez is “a beautiful girl,” but claimed Hernandez started treating her differently after she rejected her advances. “Then she start bullying me with the race shit, ‘Why you sound white?'” she said. “I’m like, ‘Bitch, you’re like obsessed with me.'”
In Season 2 of the BET reality show, the two media personalities clashed during a class at Alabama State University while discussing racial identity. “I identify myself and let you know who that is. Your problem is that you really wanna be a white girl,” Hernandez told Rose during a heated moment. BET didn’t broadcast the full incident footage, which quickly turned violent, but it leaked online anyway.
