Britney Spears showed off her son Jayden James’ piano talents in a rare video.
The pop star shared the clip on Instagram Monday night featuring the 18-year-old playing piano in her home. “WOW WOW WOW !!!” she wrote in the caption. In the video, Spears can be heard calling his playing “so sick.”
In another video, Spears keeps praising Jayden as he mumbles. “My son just played, oh my God! I felt it in my bones, and my heart, and my lungs, and my ass, and my throat and I’m scared!” she says excitedly.
At one point, Jayden responds “Yes sir,” before Britney repeatedly shouts “Hello!”
“He’s a genius and I’m in awe of him !!! I can’t believe he’s mine !!! I was honestly scared that’s not normal !!!” she wrote in the second clip’s caption.

This is Spears’ second reunion with Jayden after they reconnected at Christmas. Jayden is the younger of her two sons; Sean Preston is 19.
“Best Christmas of my life !!! I haven’t seen my boys in 2 years,” she wrote on Instagram then. “Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday koo koo crazy so in love and blessed !!! I’m speechless thank you Jesus !!!”
While her caption suggested she saw both sons, Sean wasn’t visible in the video.
Spears was largely estranged from her children during their teen years when they lived with their father, Kevin Federline. She seems to be rebuilding these relationships now. Last year, she spoke with them by phone on Mother’s Day, and Jayden visited her in Los Angeles in November.
Federline moved the kids to Hawaii in 2023 with his wife Victoria Prince. According to TMZ, Jayden recently moved back to California.
