Kevin Hart has swapped jeans for dressy pants since turning 40.
On The Jennifer Hudson Show, the 45-year-old comedian explained pants are more comfortable at his age. “I’m over 40. I feel like a good pant is necessary,” he said at 2:41 in the video. “Jeans are not the same. Jeans hurt, and are not comfortable.”
Hart admitted jeans hurt his knees and feel tight around the waist. “When you sit down, I don’t like how jeans dig in my waist. I don’t like that,” he shared. “All slacks! Soft waistbands.”
When Hudson asked at what age pants should become standard, Hart said everything changed for him at 40.
He joked he’ll switch to exclusively sweatpants when he hits 50.
Hart, who’s currently on his Acting My Age Tour, has been in the news lately. Recently, Jennifer Hudson joked about his height in a selfie with her. Speaking with The Breakfast Club hosts about streamers and content creators, Hart shared his admiration for MrBeast’s work with his game show, Beast Games.
