Jim Jones Hints His Bond With Cam’ron Can’t Be Repaired: ‘The Brotherhood Been Over’

Jim Jones and Cam’ron have been feuding publicly for weeks. Jones recently addressed the situation on Ebro’s Apple Music Rap Life Radio show.

“I don’t want people to think I’m going back and forth, I’m just telling my truth. In terms of me telling my truth, people feel they need to have a rebuttal…let them do it,” Jones said. “People know this is not a battle at all.”

When asked if he still sees Cam as his brother, Jones replied bluntly, “Nah, it’s definitely no brotherhood.” He added, “The brotherhood been over damn near since [The Diplomats]. That was where the brotherhood was at.”

When Ebro questioned if they could fix things, Jones said, “Not right now. Not something I could foresee, but who knows. Right now it’s about me. I ain’t got time to focus on nothing else and no one else.”

Their latest clash happened last month when Jones claimed he’d box Cam for $10 million. Jones also appeared on The Breakfast Club where he and Charlamagne discussed how he doesn’t get credit for helping launch several music careers.

“They say all Jim do is send people to jail,” Charlamagne mentioned. When Jones asked who said that, Charlamagne revealed it was Cam on a January episode of It Is What It Is.

“Stop tricking n****s out of their freedom, bro,” Cam had said at the time.

Jones then called Cam a “bird head” and challenged him, saying, “He don’t want no smoke. I’ll box his head off. Where’s the ring at? … $10 million right now. Today n***a. I’ll catch a flight wherever you at.”
