Despite being over a month since Kendrick Lamar’s Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show, his “Not Like Us”-featuring performance remains a hot topic. On Thursday, Roc Nation and the NFL released impressive viewership stats from February’s New Orleans show.
According to the video, Kendrick’s performance generated over 810 million impressions. The 2025 halftime show reached 3.65 billion total global views, including 1.7 billion from user-generated content. Other achievements include becoming the first video to exceed 100 million views on the official NFL TikTok, a 156 percent increase from last year making it the most “socially consumed” Apple Music halftime show, reaching 50 million YouTube views within 72 hours, and more.
Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl Halftime Show has been labeled the “most-viewed halftime show ever,” featuring several GNX tracks in the setlist. The performance closed with “TV Off” featuring Mustard, which currently sits at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. “Luther” with SZA holds the No. 1 spot, while “Not Like Us” ranks at No. 3.
Kendrick’s chart dominance looks set to continue with three guest appearances on Playboi Carti’s MUSIC. The 30-track album is expected to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, with all tracks likely to appear across the Hot 100.
The Kendrick and SZA stadium tour begins April 19 in Minneapolis before heading to Houston, Atlanta, Seattle, Toronto and other cities. In a recent Jimmy Kimmel interview, SZA described their show planning process as “throwing all the paint at the wall.” More details available here.
