Khlóe Kardashian joins the list of stars trying salmon sperm facials.
During Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, Khloé shared that she experimented with this skincare trend, which involves microneedling salmon DNA into the skin to boost collagen and improve pigmentation.
“I do the salmon sperm [facials], but I’m never gonna do whale sperm,” the 40-year-old joked to her glam team, according to Page Six.
She didn’t mention what results she experienced, if any.
Her sister Kim Kardashian, 44, first talked about trying this unusual anti-aging treatment on a July 2024 episode of their show, surprising their mother, Kris Jenner.
Khloé’s ex-husband, Lamar Odom, has also jumped on the trend. According to TMZ, the 45-year-old reportedly dropped around $3,200 for the treatment at a Beverly Hills clinic hoping to maintain a more youthful look.
Jennifer Aniston, 56, previously revealed she tried the procedure during an interview with The Wall Street Journal, but wasn’t impressed with the results.
A 2017 clinical study shows that while the procedure has been popular in South Korea for years, it still lacks solid scientific evidence proving its effectiveness despite some promising early research.
