No, MGK and Megan Fox didn’t name their newborn daughter “Celestial Seed.”
The “Bloody Valentine” rocker shared news of his first child with Fox last Thursday (March 27) with a short video posted to social media.
“She’s finally here!! Our little celestial seed 3/27/25,” he wrote in the caption of the post.
MGK’s post led some to believe “Celestial Seed” was the baby’s actual name, which prompted the 34-year-old “Bloody Valentine” hitmaker to set the record straight on his Instagram Story Monday.
“[W]ait guys…her name isn’t ‘Celestial Seed’ her mom is gonna tell you the name when we’re ready,” MGK clarified on IG over a screenshot of a TikTok gossip account reporting the story.
MGK and Fox, whose relationship has been on-again, off-again since 2020, ended their engagement in November 2024. However, a source told People the two are on good terms and united in their approach to co-parenting.
“Whatever issues they have, Megan and MGK both are on the same page when it comes to co-parenting,” the insider shared with the magazine. “Right now they’re amicable.”
“No one would be surprised if they gave their relationship another try down the line,” the source added. “But right now they’re focused on what’s best for their daughter.”
The newborn is MGK’s second child, while Fox, 38, has three kids from her previous marriage to Brian Austin Green.
