Bow Wow has come clean about his strained connection with Omarion, making it clear they’re not seeing eye to eye these days.
During a recent chat on Cam Newton’s Funky Friday podcast, the rapper discussed various feuds throughout his career, sharing that things are all good between him and fellow artists Lil Romeo, Soulja Boy, and Chris Brown.
However, when the conversation shifted to Omarion—his co-headliner for the Millennium Tour—Bow Wow didn’t hold back about his true feelings toward the singer.
“It’s complicated. I don’t want to talk (to him),” Bow Wow admitted. “It’s nothing to talk about, not even in a bad way.”
Though Bow Wow kept details vague about the root of their problems, he hinted at what’s causing the tension.
“It’s just when you lend your hand out and you try to be the bigger person—and try to rap—but you get no response,” he explained. “You go, ‘OK we’ll leave it right here.’ You do your thing, I do my thing, it ain’t no beef.”
Bow Wow made it crystal clear that despite their cold relationship, he’s still rooting for Omarion’s success.
“We’ve been through this thing for so long,” the “Like You” hitmaker said. “He’s 40 and I’m 38. We don’t have to do that now. We got kids, we got our own lives. I wish you nothing but the best. The best revenge is time, you don’t even gotta do much.”
Back in February, Bow Wow publicly showed his frustration with Omarion when someone tagged him on X suggesting he reach out to the singer.
Bow Wow shot back with, “No i don’t.” He also replied, “What tour?” when asked about the Millennium Tour, which ironically has both Bow Wow and Omarion headlining alongside Trey Songz.
