After putting two of his major albums side by side, the artist formerly known as Kanye West declared that he believes The Life of Pablo surpasses My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
During one of his now frequent tirades on X, Ye shared his album ranking with followers.
“The life of Pablo is waaaay better than My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy,” he wrote. “Go song for song.”
After sharing his album comparison, Ye went deeper into his feelings about My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy elsewhere in his rant, making it clear he really dislikes the project.
“I hate My Dark Beautiful Fantasy Like haaaaaate that album,” Ye wrote. “I made Dark Fantasy out of fear and to prove something it was as like ‘coming back from the Taylor Swift moment’ I should have just leaned in more.”
He didn’t completely hate it though. Ye mentioned his favorite tracks from the album were “Blame Game” and “Devil in a New Dress.” He also cryptically added, “If I just had ten more minutes that one time in the studio with Beyoncé” without explaining further.
Then he followed up by declaring he “obviously hates Jay-Z.”
The growing list of people Ye manages to upset with his rants expanded when The Game angrily responded to Ye being mad about his support for Top5.
After Ye posted, “Why Game who I gave two Maybachs to is showing love to Top 5 who calls threatening to kill me. Welp I guess I’m not gonna be executive producing that album anymore,” Game jumped online to fire back after explaining what really happened.
“N***a you asked me did I know Top 5, I said yea… you said he was threatening you & I asked you if I you wanted me to rouch [sic] out to him..you again said ‘YEA,'” Game wrote. “So I hit Top 5 & tell him to let it go.. Out of respect for me, he agreed.. I texted you to tell you it was done & you changed ya number n***a !!!!”
The Game then addressed Ye in a longer Instagram caption. “F#CK you & yo maybachs little [ninja emoji]” he wrote. “I’ll be back in LA in a week, come get em yo self !!!!
“I ain’t never asked yo weird a%% for nothing & when you gave me the cars, I said you ain’t have to & I was good but you insisted,” he continued. “Then you hit me with the ‘you ain’t never gotta worry bout nothing ever in your life, I owe you for being the only solid [ninja emoji] outta everybody.”
