Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran were spotted cracking up together at Coachella, years after she got a court-ordered restraining order against him.
This past Saturday, video footage captured Brown and Tran chatting with each other at the yearly music festival before both broke into laughter.
Their reunion comes nearly a decade after Tran got a restraining order against Brown. Back then, Tran claimed Brown hit her and threatened to “beat the shit” out of her.
Tran was granted a five-year restraining order that has now expired. Even with the restraining order in place, Brown made sure his presence was known, especially when it came to people who were seen hanging out with Tran.
Brown most notably called out Quavo, who was rumored to be spending time with Tran. The two got into a heated exchange that included several diss tracks. Tran addressed the beef in a chat with TMZ, saying she was just focusing on herself.
“I don’t feel. It is what it is. I’m living my life,” she said at the time. “Working, paying my bills, taking time for myself and that’s all that matters. Whatever else is going on, I ain’t got nothing to do with it […] I’m living a peaceful life, that’s all I want.”
