Haley Joel Osment got arrested for public intoxication following an incident at the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area resort in California last week.
Police received a call on April 8, just before 2 p.m., about an intoxicated person at the resort, according to TMZ. When officers showed up, they found Osment with ski patrol. The 37-year-old star was booked for public intoxication and possession of an unknown controlled substance.
Osment was freed shortly after being arrested.
The Sixth Sense actor now waits to see if the Mono County D.A. will move forward with prosecuting his case.
Osment was 18 when he faced charges of driving under the influence and marijuana possession after crashing his car into a brick pillar in the early hours of July 20. The accident left him with a broken rib and shoulder injury.
He entered a no contest plea and received three years probation, along with orders to complete 60 hours in an alcohol rehab and education program. Additionally, he was required to attend at least 26 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings within a six-month period.
