Meek Mill feels validated after a White House official stated the U.S. possesses technology that can “manipulate time and space.”
Michael Kratsios, who heads the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, made this claim during a policy speech at the Endless Frontiers Retreat earlier this week.
“We seem to have lost focus and vision, to have lowered our sights and let systems and structures and bureaucracies muddle us along,” Kratsios said. “But we are capable of so much more.”
“Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space,” he continued. “They leave distance annihilated, cause things to grow, and improve productivity.”
“After 2020 shit was feeling wocky … I knew it lol,” Meek wrote in response to an X post about the claim.
Newsweek and IFLScience appear to agree that Kratsios was speaking figuratively, highlighting America’s tech achievements as motivation for what’s possible in the near future.
Nevertheless, it doesn’t take much to fuel conspiracy theorists, particularly when someone connected to the U.S. government directly claims that “our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space” without providing any further explanation.
The White House has not issued a clarification, as of this writing.
In another tweet, Meek reflected on “blogs on false stories” and people targeting his “street image.” “It’s people in America literally doing blogs on false stories trying to get people with a lot of engagement to interact to get impressions … 80% bots and most of it is defamation of character .. if you notice they aiming at my “street image” lol,” he posted.
Last month, the Philadelphia native opened up about his childhood, revealing a disturbing incident that forced him to “wake up” to his “reality” at the time. Meek remembered witnessing someone throw a kitten to pit bulls when he was young: “Had to wake up to my reality,” he said about this harsh memory back in March.
