Diddy Case: Alleged Victim Underwent ‘Medical Procedure’ Connected to Sex Trafficking, Feds Reveal

Just before Diddy’s trial begins in New York, a hearing took place on Friday (April 25) addressing various motions, including one about an unidentified “medical procedure” that an unnamed alleged victim underwent. According to reports from TMZ and live updates from Matthew Russell of Inner City Press on X, prosecutors claim Diddy may have forced the alleged victim to have this medical procedure.

While exactly what kind of procedure this was remains unclear, prosecutors did mention Friday that it was “connected” to the sex trafficking charges against the Bad Boy Records founder.

Also on Friday, an attempt by Diddy’s legal team to exclude alleged 2016 surveillance footage showing Diddy assaulting Cassie was rejected. According to Deadline, a potential plea deal was also mentioned in court on Friday, though details of that rejected agreement weren’t revealed.

Complex has reached out to Diddy’s legal team for comment. This story might be updated.

Jury selection for Diddy’s trial is scheduled to start on May 5, with opening arguments set to begin a week later on May 12. Diddy has denied all allegations against him in the case.

Responding to news of a superseding indictment in March, which Diddy pleaded not guilty to, his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said in a statement to Complex and other media outlets that his client “vehemently denies” the claims against him.

“Mr. Combs has said it before and will say it again: he vehemently denies the accusations made by the SDNY,” Agnifilo said via email last month. “He looks forward to his day in court when it will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will. Many former employees stand by his side, prepared to attest to the dedication, hard work, and inspiration they experienced while helping build groundbreaking, award-winning businesses.”
