Jim Jones isn’t letting the flame die out with his longtime fiancée, Chrissy Lampkin.
After nearly two decades together, the Love & Hip Hop couple is still keeping things hot. Jones made that crystal clear with a flirty comment under a selfie Lampkin posted on Instagram Friday (May 3).
“This is what drinking water and minding your business looks like,” Lampkin wrote in her caption.
Jones had more than H2O in mind, commenting, “I wanna drink ur water and bath water and wash it down daaam.”
Lampkin popped the question to Jones during the first season of L&HH, and the Dipset member returned the favor in the following season. Though they haven’t officially tied the knot yet, back in January, Jones opened up on the 90s Baby Show podcast about what made him fall for Lampkin.
“I had a crush on Chrissy. Chrissy’s probably one of the flyest, baddest, dopest chicks from Harlem,” the rapper reminisced.
Jones was hanging around the neighborhood with Mase back then but would later bump into Lampkin again at a Miami nightclub.
“She ran down on me and said some funny shit,” he added. “I was like, ‘Wow, this is crazy. In my mind, I was like, ‘Wow, I’m nervous.’ I’m trying to find my cool at that moment. I felt like all my cool was out the window, and I feel like I’m the coolest individual in the world.”
In 2019, Lampkin revealed on talk show The Real that walking down the aisle wasn’t a “priority” for the couple.
“Our relationship is in a good place. I thought that [marriage] was the natural progression, but it’s not for everybody. So, we’re good right now,” she explained in the video below.
