Soulja Boy just had a wild moment with Drake, before walking it all back. The hot-headed rapper jumped on X and tagged Drake in a (now-deleted) harsh message, calling Drizzy a “bitch ass n***a” and warning that he was “gon show yo pussy ass.”
Shortly after, SB pulled back from the beef, hinting in another now-deleted post that his issue isn’t with Drake himself — but with his entourage.
“I rock with @Drake its the people around him Im not stamping,” he wrote.
This isn’t Soulja’s first rodeo taking shots at the Canadian superstar. Last July, Soulja Boy hit up X to share how let down he was by Drake’s handling of the Kendrick Lamar beef.
“You disappointed me @Drake,” Soulja Boy posted. “Doing all them weak ass songs with them n***** look where It got u none of them n***** you collab with or took on tour had yo back @Drake.”
During another rant about global issues, Soulja Boy squeezed in his two cents about Drake, writing, “PS Drake u went out sad.”
As if he hadn’t made his point clear enough, Soulja Boy dropped a one-minute video blast directed at Drake, telling him to stick to the Great White North.
“Drake, you a bitch, boy,” he fired off during a livestream. “You can’t even come to America and talk to the president, fuck boy. Stay in Canada, where your bitch ass belongs at.”
“Ya’ll the type of [people] that sue [people] … like Drake,” Soulja Boy went on. “Y’all the type of people that lose a rap battle and sue a na. … I’m a real gangsta, bruh. I could never sue a na.”
Only time will reveal if Soulja Boy’s mostly one-way beef with Drake will ever evolve. For now, at least fans can enjoy a mural of Soulja Boy’s viral “Drake!?” meme that’s up in San Antonio.
