As Diddy’s trial gets underway, shocking claims about his past relationship with Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura have emerged in court.
TMZ reports that during the final jury selection on Monday (May 12), prosecutors claimed the music mogul forced male escorts to urinate in Ventura’s mouth during what he called “Freak-Offs.” While Diddy’s defense team insists these sex parties were consensual, he stands accused of organizing multi-day events where he coerced sex workers to perform sexual acts, typically under heavy drug influence.
Prosecutors allege Diddy watched and recorded these urolagnia acts involving Ventura, whom he dated from 2007 to 2018. They claim these incidents began when the singer was just 19 years old. The court also heard about the 2016 surveillance video showing Diddy attacking Ventura in a hotel hallway, alongside allegations that he stomped on her face in an SUV and assaulted her for taking too long in the bathroom before a “Freak-Off” session.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson revealed that Ventura “felt like she was choking” after a male escort urinated in her mouth.
Ventura, expected to testify and referred to as ‘Victim-1’ in court documents, will likely face tough questioning from the defense. According to Rolling Stone, Diddy’s lawyers, Marc Agnifilo and Alexandra Shapiro, plan to highlight alleged violent behavior from Ventura herself, suggesting the conflict was mutual. Judge Arun Subramanian pushed back on this strategy, noting: “Strong people can be coerced just like weak people.”
Now married to fitness trainer Alex Fine for nearly six years and mother to their two daughters, Ventura is currently expecting their third child. In November 2023, she filed a bombshell lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of sexual assault and rape throughout their relationship. The lawsuit was settled just one day later.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to five counts including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. If convicted, he faces life imprisonment.
