Kai Cenat Clears Up Rumors About Fanum Exiting AMP, Claims Comments Were Taken ‘Out of Context’

When gossip started spreading about Fanum cutting ties with his streaming crew Any Means Possible (AMP), Kai Cenat jumped in to set the record straight.

“Everybody who fell for Fanum leaving AMP, I’m not gonna lie, that just goes to show how much y’all n***as actually watch AMP.”

He explained that Fanum takes an annual trip abroad to handle personal business. This time though, his absence was completely misinterpreted.

“Did you hear Fanum say out his mouth, say ‘I’m out’?” Cenat questioned his audience. He reminded everyone that “you can’t always believe shit that’s on the internet.” Cenat mentioned he’d actually talked with Fanum just this week.

Rumors about Fanum ditching AMP kicked off after screenshots popped up on Tuesday, May 6 showing what was supposedly the streamer’s Snapchat story saying, “AMP Twitter page unfollowed me and removed me from having access. Iigh bet. Can’t wait to find out who came up with this.”

He added fuel to the fire with another story that cryptically stated, “Everything will soon come to light.” A post he shared on X that read, “They forget all the shit that I did, I was feeding the team when I didn’t have shit,” got fans thinking he was throwing shade at his AMP teammates. Turns out, those words were actually just lyrics from 41’s Funk Flex freestyle.

Duke Dennis was one of the first to debunk the rumors. “Fake news,” he wrote on his Snapchat story.
