While the Knicks pulled off an incredible comeback against the Boston Celtics at MSG, Cardi was seen clasping hands with Diggs. Maybe the team’s spectacular rally—overcoming a 14-point deficit to secure a 121-113 Game 4 victory and take a commanding 3-1 series lead—inspired the rumored lovebirds to display some subtle affection in front of everyone.
Cameras also captured the two celebrities walking into the game hand-in-hand. Beyond Cardi and Diggs, the star-studded courtside lineup for the Knicks-Celtics showdown included Timothée Chalamet, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, Bad Bunny, Tracy Morgan, Ben Stiller, Mary J. Blige, and various other big names.
Cardi’s been linked to Diggs since they were noticed hanging out at Coachella last month and during other recent get-togethers. The pair was also spotted together on Valentine’s Day earlier this year.
Her former flame, Offset, appears to be backing her new romance, commenting “I’m happy for her” after a fan suggested he was probably “punching air” now that she’s found happiness.
Besides stepping out with Diggs at MSG, Cardi recently took to social media to stand up for her Met Gala outfits. Last week, the “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker clapped back at an X user who allegedly doctored photos of her Met Gala afterparty appearance. According to AllHipHop, the individual posted comparative images of Cardi’s ensemble with the caption, “This can’t be real, omg.”
