Hailie Jade marked her first Mother’s Day with an Instagram reel showcasing her infant son, Elliot Marshall.
Hailie, 29, who’s Eminem’s daughter, revealed her pregnancy last year, shortly after tying the knot with husband Evan McClintock. Her reel documented the progression of her baby bump, finishing with adorable footage of her newborn.
“growing you has been the greatest gift of my life thank you for making me your mommy baby boy,” Hailie wrote alongside the heartwarming post.
The podcaster revealed the March 14 arrival of little Elliot last month, officially welcoming her son “earthside” in another Instagram update.
Hailie announced her pregnancy in Eminem’s “Temporary” music video, which concluded with the rapper being surprised with a blue jersey labeled “Grandpa 1.” During filming, the family was watching a Detroit Lions game which, coincidentally, fell on Grandparents Day. When he saw the jersey, Eminem initially thought his daughter was teasing him about his age.
“And then I pulled out the ultrasound picture and he was like, ‘Oh my God. Wait, this is real? Like, this is happening?'” Hailie shared on an episode of her podcast Just A Little Shady.
Elliot is the first grandchild for Em, who shares Hailie with his former wife, Kim Scott.
