50 Cent declared on Wednesday (May 14) that Sean “Diddy” Combs would’ve been smarter to take the plea agreement he was offered before his federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial kicked off.
“After listening to today’s testimony, I think the diddler should have took the plea offer,” 50 wrote about Combs, dubbing him “the diddler,” in an Instagram post. “The shit they are saying is beyond me, so what do ya think?”
According to ABC News, Combs told District Judge Arun Subramanian during the final pre-trial hearing in his case on May 1 that he turned down the prosecutor’s plea deal. While the specifics of the offer remain unknown, the 55-year-old would have received a reduced prison sentence. If found guilty on all charges, the Bad Boy Records founder could spend life in prison.
Combs’ former girlfriend Cassie testified Wednesday that she frequently developed urinary tract infections from the alleged “freak-offs,” and turned to opiates afterward because she “wanted to feel numb.” Cassie described these UTIs as “very” painful, mentioning that antibacterial medications eventually stopped working.
Cassie also stated she suffered from “sores” in her mouth due to frequent oral sex.
Combs and his defense team insist that the alleged sexual encounters were consensual.
Cassie claimed Combs became so enraged by her “brief relationship” with Kid Cudi that the disgraced hip-hop mogul threatened to blow up Cudi’s car, and actually went through with it.
The singer testified Combs wanted Cudi to be home with friends when the explosion happened.
Cassie alleged Combs discovered their relationship after searching through her phone and finding emails with someone on his team. She claims Diddy “put a wine opener in his hand,” and “lunged at me” with his “eyes blacked out.”
The singer also testified that Combs threatened to release “freak-off” videos involving her.
