One of Chris Brown’s pals allegedly joined in on the London attack that got the singer arrested.
TMZ reports that rapper HoodyBaby has been hit with charges of grievous bodily harm with intent linked to a February 19, 2023 incident, where Brown allegedly attacked someone in a nightclub. HoodyBaby showed up in a London courtroom on Saturday.
C Breezy got slapped with grievous bodily harm with intent charges on Friday. The singer allegedly smashed music producer Abe Diaw over the head repeatedly with a tequila bottle at Tape London club.
According to reports, Brown will stay locked up until June 13, when he’s due to appear in a London court. This creates a major headache for the 36-year-old, who’s supposed to launch his Breezy Bowl XX Tour on June 8 in the Netherlands. Right now, nobody knows what’s going to happen with the tour.
Brown was nabbed at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester, England, last week. Video from Tape London shows Brown in the club on the night of the alleged attack.
Diaw later filed a lawsuit against Brown, claiming the singer beat him unconscious, landing him in the hospital with serious injuries, according to TMZ. Diaw’s legal team told the outlet they’re “pursuing all legal remedies to hold him accountable.”
