Gunna keeps moving further away from YSL.
On Sunday, Our Generation Music revealed that the “Pushin P” hitmaker had covered up his YSL tattoo. The post caught Young Thug’s attention, who hopped in the comments section and wrote, “I mean.. he said it must end lol.”

Thugger’s comment might be nodding to Wunna’s statement after taking a plea deal in the YSL RICO case.
“I have chosen to end my own RICO case with an Alford plea and end my personal ordeal by publicly acknowledging my association with YSL,” Gunna said in December 2022.
“An Alford plea in my case is the entry of a guilty plea to the one charge against me, which is in my best interest, while at the same time maintaining my innocence toward the same charge. I love and cherish my association with YSL music, and always will. I look at this as an opportunity to give back to my community and educate young men and women that ‘gangs’ and violence only lead to destruction.”
While he insisted he didn’t snitch to authorities, many have branded Gunna a rat. By copping to a racketeering charge through the Alford plea, he managed to cut his prison sentence from five years to just one year served. The remaining four years were suspended, and he had to complete 500 hours of community service before being freed from jail.
Thug recently addressed his relationship with Gunna. In late April, when GQ mentioned everyone was curious about where they stood, Thug replied, “Yeah, I know. Everybody wondering that.” He then laughed and added, “I don’t know.”
Around that same time, Thug dropped his new Future collab “Money on Money,” where he seemingly takes shots at Gunna.
“These fuck n***s tellin’ for nothin’, and I gotta be the one callin’ ’em friends,” he raps, later saying, “Brother, you a rat (My brother),” followed by “Twin, you a rat, you smoked, uh.”
