Kourtney Kardashian is questioning the entire concept of why children attend school.
During a recent Khloé in Wonder Land podcast episode, at approximately the 36-minute point in the video shown below, Kardashian opened up to her sister about her tendency to question established social standards.
“I love to just go against the grain,” Kardashian confessed. “I think living authentically is not conforming to whatever it is … If someone does the same thing every day, like, I do it with everything. It’s not about our family, like, let’s say the school system.”
She went on to explain, “I’ll think, ‘Why do kids fucking go to school?’ Truly. It’s so dated.”
“I’m such a homeschool person, so don’t even get me going,” Khloé Kardashian responded in agreement.
At that moment, Kourtney Kardashian revealed that her children occasionally show her videos featuring successful individuals who have opted out of sending their kids to conventional schools, which led her to wonder, “OK, what’s the goal here? You want to do homeschool? Let’s do it, you know?”
In a separate instance, she discussed her natural parenting methods, explaining, “I will nurse the fever of my kids versus giving Tylenol or Ibuprofen. I just, like, want to do that.”
Just as she was about to dive deeper into how her decisions contrast with mainstream practices, their discussion was cut short by a FaceTime call from Kim Kardashian who, during the time of recording, was preparing for the 2025 Met Gala.
Kourtney Kardashian has four children, including her 18-month-old son Rocky Thirteen, whom she co-parents with Travis Barker. She also has three other children with Scott Disick: 15-year-old Mason, 12-year-old Penelope, and 10-year-old Reign.
