Another day, another shot fired by 50 Cent at Diddy through social media as the fallen music executive faces his sex trafficking and racketeering trial this week.
Thursday (May 22) saw 50 hit up Instagram with images of Kid Cudi’s vehicle after what’s claimed to be an arson attack orchestrated by Diddy, who allegedly discovered Cudi’s romantic involvement with Cassie back in 2011. These same photos made their courtroom debut during Cudi’s testimony this week. Thursday’s cross-examination also had Cudi recounting a 2011 break-in at his home that apparently left his dog shaken.
“Molotov Diddy was doing old school shit out here. Old killer Rat Jimmy threw one them at us. LOL @50centaction,” 50 posted with his trademark mockery beneath the images.
Based on Cudi’s courtroom testimony during Diddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering trial, one of his Porsche vehicles fell victim to a Molotov cocktail attack. The court saw photographic evidence, including an image that supposedly showed a deliberate hole carved into the car’s roof where the explosive was placed. Cudi testified that his dog-sitter was the one who first noticed the vehicle ablaze—something he later characterized as a deliberate act.
Court transcripts from Inner City Press and Adam Klasfeld reveal that Cudi described Diddy as “standing there like a Marvel supervillain” after the supposed attack. This comment sparked laughter throughout the courtroom on Thursday. The “Pursuit of Happiness” artist also revealed his desire to physically confront the music executive over his connection with Cassie.
Throughout Diddy’s trial, which began earlier this month in New York, 50 Cent has been consistently dropping jokes targeting the music mogul. On Thursday, 50 ridiculed Diddy over a supposed incident where the mogul was connected to a break-in that left Kid Cudi’s dog traumatized. He also unleashed a string of posts making fun of Diddy’s alleged sex parties and his rumored obsession with baby oil.
