Rumors are swirling that Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom may be heading for a split, with multiple sources claiming the relationship is on shaky ground.
“It’s over,” one insider told Page Six. “They are waiting till her tour is over before they split.” Another source told Us Weekly, “They’ve grown apart and aren’t living the same lives anymore.” A third added, “It’s an unspoken thing that they are having issues and have for a while now. Everyone around them knows.”
Neither Perry nor Bloom has directly addressed the rumors, but the Pirates of the Caribbean star may have subtly acknowledged them during his June 10 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Bloom arrived with his dog Biggie, introducing him as his “emotional support animal.” He added, “Because I’m very emotional right now,” prompting speculation he was referencing the breakup buzz.
The couple’s relationship dates back to 2016 when they met at a Golden Globes afterparty. Bloom proposed on Valentine’s Day in 2019, but they’ve yet to tie the knot. They welcomed their daughter, Daisy, in 2020.
Perry has also been in the spotlight recently for her spaceflight with Blue Origin in April, which sparked backlash over her comments about the experience. Additionally, People reported that her latest album underperformed, potentially adding strain to the relationship.
