Ice Cube didn’t mince words when he blasted the TSA over a missing iPad during a recent trip.
Taking to X on Friday, the rapper and film icon accused the agency of stealing his device while flying United Flight 2615 between LAX and O’Hare. “TSA stole my iPad out my bag tonight,” he posted. “United Flight 2615. Either LAX or O’Hare. I need my shit back ASAP or it’s a problem.”
Clearly heated, Cube went further, calling out what he saw as blatant theft. “Bitch just had the nerve to leave a TSA check bag slip where they it stolen from. Another dirty government agency. SMGDH.”
But just as quickly as the drama unfolded, it came to an end. Minutes later, Cube returned with an update: “iPad Recovered!!!!!!” Crisis averted.
It’s still a mystery how or where Ice Cube’s missing iPad turned up, or if the TSA had any role in getting it back. So far, neither TSA nor United Airlines has issued a statement.
Meanwhile, Cube is shifting focus to the upcoming Big3 season, which kicks off this Saturday. Wasting no time stirring excitement, he’s already extending invites—most notably to DeMarcus Cousins, who was recently suspended for the rest of the season in Puerto Rico’s Baloncesto Superior Nacional league after an altercation with a fan.
Cube dropped a simple but bold pitch on X: “Come get your flowers in @thebig3.”
