On Monday, Cardi melted hearts on Instagram by sharing a series of family photos—among them, the very first glimpses of little Blossom Belle. “It is you Miss Blossom Belles” she captioned the sweet post.
The new photos of Blossom Belle, Kulture, and Wave come as a refreshing break from the tension surrounding Cardi B and Offset’s ongoing split.
Just last month, Cardi didn’t hold back during an X Spaces stream, firing back at Offset over his request for spousal support. “I didn’t ask for no child support because I wanna be done with this marriage,” she said. “Like, I feel like I’m tied up. There is not one day that he’s not allowed to see my kids, okay? He stood up my kids three times.”
Her words only got more intense: “I want you to die, but I want you to die fucking slow, na. When you die, na, I want you to die slow in the bed and when you die, n***a, you gotta think of me.”
Shortly after, Cardi marked six months with Stefon Diggs in a now-deleted Instagram post and later opened up about how different things feel compared to her marriage with Offset.
“If I was still there, I was gonna end up going to jail. ‘Cause I was gonna end up killing him, seriously, with my own bare hands,” she said. “It was just getting too much.”
Now, though, she says she’s finally found peace: “I haven’t said I’m happy in a very long time. I am genuinely happy. Throughout the day, I’m smiling like a motherfucker because I’m happy. I feel at peace.”
