50 Cent isn’t buying into the recent lawsuit against Tyler Perry—but that didn’t stop him from stirring the pot on Instagram.
After news broke Tuesday that The Oval actor Derek Dixon had filed a lawsuit accusing Perry of sexual harassment, assault, and professional retaliation, Perry’s legal team quickly dismissed the claims as “a scam,” according to the Associated Press.
In true 50 fashion, he chimed in on Wednesday with a cheeky Instagram post featuring what looked like an AI-generated image of Katt Williams.
“Tyler that case bullshit don’t worry about that,” 50 wrote. “Worry about Katt, he gonna have a field day with this shit.”

In an earlier Instagram post, 50 Cent appeared to once again use AI to create an image of himself standing next to Tyler Perry. Alongside the edited pic, he captioned it with his trademark sass: “Did that bitch just say what I think he said?”

“This is an individual who got close to Tyler Perry for what now appears to be nothing more than setting up a scam,” said Matthew Boyd, Perry’s attorney, on Tuesday. “But Tyler will not be shaken down, and we are confident these fabricated claims of harassment will fail.”
As fans may recall, Katt Williams made waves earlier in 2024 with his explosive interview with Shannon Sharpe, during which he didn’t exactly have kind words for Perry. That sit-down sparked months of headline-grabbing conversations. Still, more recently, Williams gave Perry a nod of respect after news broke about Perry purchasing a former military base near Anniston, Alabama, with plans to transform it into a production studio.
