Justin Bieber Drops Remix of ‘Standing on Business’ Meme Track, Marks It with a ‘Happy Juneteenth’ Message

Justin Bieber turned his viral moment into a trending soundtrack.

After his heated exchange with a paparazzi outside Soho House in Malibu — where he famously said, “It’s not clocking to you that I’m standing on business” — the clip quickly blew up online, transforming into a full-blown meme.

Though the original moment was tense, the 31-year-old pop star seems to be leaning into the humor. On Thursday, June 19, Bieber posted a remix of the viral clip made by TikTok creator CasaDi, featuring a musical twist. The caption read, “Not at the fucking beach brooo wtfffffff.”

Bieber also shared the remix on his Instagram Stories, adding a celebratory “HAPPY JUNETEENTH” message.

After the incident, Justin Bieber shared screenshots of a text conversation with a former friend on Instagram, revealing that their “short lived relationship” ended after the person described his anger as “lashing out.”

“My anger is a response to pain I have been [through],” Bieber wrote. “Asking a traumatized person not to be traumatized is simply mean.”

Later that same day, he posted again, getting candid about his personal struggles and ongoing efforts to grow. “People keep telling me to heal,” he said. “Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself I would have already? I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues.”

He added, “I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. And it just keeps making me more tired and more angry.”
