French Montana Cuts Interview Short After Dodging Drake vs. Rick Ross Question

French Montana wasn’t here for the drama—and made that crystal clear when he bailed mid-interview after being asked about the Drake and Rick Ross beef.

While chatting with Rah Ali on her podcast Sited with Rah Ali, the 40-year-old rapper smoothly dodged the question by pulling the old “car trouble” move. Handing over his headset, he said, “I’ll be right back. I think I double parked my car outside,” then walked off set… and never came back.

A source told Page Six the interview started off on a good note, with Montana speaking about his growth as an artist and his World Cup performance. “He walked in and sat down, and they talked about his growth as an artist,” the insider shared.

But things started to go left when Ali brought up Montana’s personal life. “I’ll skip that,” he responded, making it clear he wasn’t open to digging into his private matters. The tension only grew when the conversation shifted to the Ross vs. Drake feud—prompting Montana’s sudden exit.

Cameras from Onsite! Media kept rolling behind the scenes, even catching the rapper telling them to stop filming as he walked out.

This isn’t the first time the “Unforgettable” rapper has made a quick exit mid-interview. Back in April, a video surfaced from a digital creator and “livestream journalist” who caught an impromptu moment with Montana. The chat started off light, with a question about the 2025 Met Gala. But things took a sharp turn when the interviewer brought up Diddy, referencing their history at Bad Boy Records.

Montana wasn’t having it. A voice that sounds like his is heard saying, “Come on, man,” before he turns and walks off—hopping onto an escalator without another word.

As for his sudden walkout on Rah Ali’s show, Montana’s team has yet to comment.
