Quavo Swats Camera After Being Questioned About Diddy Trial

Quavo wasn’t having it when someone brought up Diddy’s federal sex trafficking trial — and it shows.

In a video that surfaced on Friday, the rapper is seen walking through what looks like a stadium when someone behind the camera asks, “Do you have any thoughts on what’s happening to P. Diddy in the trial?”

Quavo didn’t say a word—but his reaction said it all. Clearly annoyed, he scrunched his face, reached out, and slapped the man’s camera mid-stride. As he walked away, the cameraman called out, “You don’t have to hit the camera.”

Closing arguments in Diddy’s federal case have wrapped, with the courtroom now bracing for a verdict. On June 26, Assistant U.S. Attorney Christy Slavik addressed the jury, summing up the government’s stance by painting the music mogul as someone who relentlessly abused his power. “He doesn’t take no for an answer,” she stated, per Complex’s Shawn Setaro.

While Quavo stayed silent and visibly irritated when asked about the trial, Aubrey O’Day didn’t hold back. Speaking to E! News, the singer made it clear she wants Diddy behind bars. “Justice for me in this setting—I would like to see all of the crimes that I know are true for him to serve time for all of those, personally,” she said.

She added that she hopes the prosecution has done such a thorough job that the jury has no room for doubt. “I’d like to see a world in which they really connected the dots… really bring home the charges that they indicted him for.”

Although she wasn’t called to testify, O’Day emphasized her desire for clarity in the courtroom. “There’s cause for concern when you watch the very first part of the trial play out, and there’s still questions for people,” she said. “I don’t have any questions, but the prosecution needs to have done a good enough job to make sure that the jury doesn’t.”

The jury is set to begin deliberations next week, with a verdict expected shortly after.
